* “Financial institutions and professional participants of the crypto market” include:

– financial market organizations (financial institutions): professional participants of the securities market engaged in brokerage and/or securities management activities; banks and other credit and financial institutions licensed to conduct banking operations; PSP services and providers; other payment service providers holding the relevant license or included in a special government register; forex companies listed in a special register.

– professional participants of the crypto market: other legal entities holding a special permit (license) or another document granting the right to carry out transactions with digital tokens.

To assign the status of a “financial institution” or “professional participant of the crypto market,” FREE2EX may request – and the client must provide – proof of such status, including a license or legal opinion. If a non-resident legal entity of the Republic of Belarus fails to confirm this status, the Business tariff for non-resident legal entities of the Republic of Belarus (excluding financial institutions and professional participants of the crypto market) will apply.
